Orazio grew up in the hills of southern Italy, surrounded by the aromas of slow-cooked sauces and Sunday lunches that lasted all afternoon. Susanna comes from the Adriatic coast, where life moves to the rhythm of waves, laughter, and long aperitivi under the sun. 

They met in London – a city far from home but full of flavour – and decided to bring a slice of Italy with them. That’s how AperiPasta was born: a place where homemade tradition meets modern sparkle, and every dish is served with a smile, a story, and a pinch of amore.
